- Arrive between 9am and 10am. Meeting point, time and locations are confirmed by email.
- A small refundable hold of £50 per camera (£30 for box cameras; a few cameras carry a higher hold, confirmed by email before you pay) is taken on your card on the morning, before the experience starts. It is reserved, not charged, and released when the cameras come back. Terms

- If a camera or the film fails, or any part of the service is technically inadequate, a full refund is given at our discretion.
